For couples who have already planned the perfect wedding and would like assistance on the “Day Of” in creating a flawless event, we offer our Gold Package. This includes:
Initial Consultation with Bride and Groom to discuss your plans/details (2-4wks prior)
Visit Ceremony and Reception site to visually understand what the couple envisions
Detailed Day of Timeline / Wedding Day Vendor Itinerary
Confirm all Vendors
Review of Floor Plan Layout / Assist in Guest Seating Plans
Organize Processional & Recessional
Coordination of Rehearsal 1-1.5 hrs
Supervise complete set up of Ceremony and Reception site
Coordinate and Distribute timeline with Vendors
Oversee placement of Wedding Favors
Greet and Direct your Guests to the Ceremony area / Cocktail Reception
Organizing Gifts and Personal items at the end of the evening
Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors
This package is for couples that would like additional assistance, prior to your wedding day. All services offered in the Gold Package are included in the Platinum Package. This includes:
Initial Consultation with Bride and Groom (4-6wks prior)
Wedding Etiquette Assistance
Vendor Referral
Accompaniment to Vendor Appointments
Accompaniment to Bride’s final fitting session, if desired
Assistance with Rehearsal Dinner Location and Arrangements
Final meeting with couple 1-2 weeks prior
Obtain copies of vendor contracts ensure all items and services
are provided
Assist with final preparation of favors and/or programs
Review all Bridal Party wedding day duties, including time and place of arrival
Delivery of gifts for out of town guests
Preparation/Decoration of Honeymoon Suite, if desired
In addition to the Gold and Platinum Packages, we offer creative assistance with all of your "Do It Yourself" projects such as:
stationery, flowers, favors, unique wedding ideas and overall presentation. Pricing for these additional services can be discussed on an as-needed basis.
*Included in all packages - thorough documentation (i.e. spreadsheets, diagrams, etc.) for each step of the coordination process.
*Packages start at $450 & up
*Price quotes given on an individual basis based on total
wedding guest count, and tailored to meet specific needs and requirements of each couple.
*Services are not limited to those mentioned above, customized packages available.
*Additional assistant available for large weddings and some select locations.
*Travel fees and expenses may apply for venues out of the area. These costs will be discussed and applied accordingly.
